Phillips pan head self tapping screw
Phillips Pan head self tapping screw(sheet metal screws) are self tapping screws are screws with conventional head for general applications to replace round head type.They could provides low profile fastening.
S-metal produces phillips pan head self tapping screw with steel zinc plated and stainless steel 304/316 for your options.
Standards:ISO7049/DIN7981 ASME B18.6.3
Material:
*Carbon steel C1018-1022, alloy steel,harden.
*Stainless steel SUS201 SUS304(18-8),SUS316 and SUS410 etc .
Surface treatment:
*Zinc Galvanized with yellow/blue and black color.
*Plain with passivation for Stainless steel.
Surface hardness:
The minimum surface hardness after heat treament shall be 450HV
Core hardness:
The core hardness shall be 270HV-370HV.
Application:
Apply to 0.015″ to 0.05″ thickness sheet metal fastening to metal,wood, plastic,fiberglass etc. metarial.
