Phillips oval head machine screws( phillips raised countersunk head screw) have a rounded top surface, and a conical bearing surface are used to where finished surfaces require a flush fastening unit,in additions, a rounded neat appearing upper surface is for decoration purpose.

Material: carbon steel/alloy steel
Surface:electroplated coatings like zinc,black zinc, nickel,H.D.G etc.
