Hexagon washer head tapping screw
Hexagon washer head tapping screws,comparing with hex head tapping screws, have added washer part to provide extra bearing surface and protect the finish of the assembly from wrench damage,especially soft wood work piece.
S-metal offers hexagon washer head tapping screw with normal tapping screw thread, while we could also offer coarse wood thread type with Type 17 screw drill.
Standard:DIN6928/ISO7053
Material:
*Carbon steel C1018-1022, alloy steel,harden.
*Stainless steel SUS201 SUS304(18-8),SUS316 and SUS410 etc .
Surface treatment:
*Zinc Galvanized/H.D.G/Decromet etc.
*Plain with passivation.
Surface hardness:
The minimum surface hardness after heat treament shall be 450HV
Core hardness:
The core hardness shall be 270HV-370HV.
Application:
Apply to 0.015″ to 0.05″ thickness sheet metal fastening to metal,wood, plastic,fiberglass etc.
