Hexagon flange head bolt
Hexagon flange head bolts are hex bolt with flange under the hex head,which could protect the fastening component’s surface from warping during assembly.Hex flange head bolts are used in many applications like machines, industrial buildings, equipment etc.,together with nuts or tapped internal threaded parts in using.
Standards: DIN 6921/ASTM B 18.2.1/ISO 4162.
Material: Steel/Alloy steel.
Stainless steel SUS 304/SUS 316/SUS 410.
Surface: Electroplated coating(zinc galvanized) H.D.G etc.
Plain with passivation.
Tolerance: 6g class for threads.
Grade A for products grade.
Mechanical property:
Property class:8.8/9.8/10.9 for steel as agreed.
A2-70 for stainless steel 304.
